A case of massive hemoptysis 39 days after microwave ablation of lung cancer:a report and literature review

目的:探讨肺癌微波消融术后大咯血发生的原因及处理流程。方法:总结1例肺癌微波消融术后合并大咯血的病例手术的经过及出现大咯血后的治疗经过和预后,并文献复习。结果:患者预后良好,病灶明显控制,疗效理想。结论:肺癌微波消融术后出现大咯血行支气管动脉栓塞能有效的止血。

Objective To investigate the causes and treatment of massive hemoptysis after microwave ablation of lung cancer.Methods A case of lung cancer complicated with massive hemoptysis after microwave ablation was summarized,and the treatment and prognosis after massive hemoptysis were reviewed.Results According to the literature consulted and the therapeutic effect of the disease,the prognosis of the patients was good,the focus was obviously controlled,and the effect was ideal.Conclusion Bronchial artery embolization for massive hemoptysis after microwave ablation of lung cancer can effectively stop bleeding,which is worth learning and popularizing.
