根据HRCT影像学特征区分磨玻璃密度的微浸润性肺腺癌和浸润性肺腺癌

摘要 本研究利用HRCT技术,通过回顾性分析98枚微浸润性肺腺癌(MIA)结节和162枚浸润性肺腺癌(IAC)结节的HRCT图像特征,旨在对直径小于等于3厘米的表现为磨玻璃密度的MIA和IAC进行区分,以针对不同的患者采取最合适的管理和治疗方法。
