基于环境安全因素的住院患者自杀行为防控策略研究

Study on prevention and control strategies of suicide behavior of hospitalized patients based on environmental safety factors

目的分析综合医院住院患者自杀行为的环境安全相关因素,并制订预防策略。方法成立研究小组,收集资料,针对患者自杀事件中与环境因素相关问题进行分析,制订环境安全管理策略。结果综合医院患者自杀行为与门窗建筑及设计、危险物品、卫生间、各种线路、监控、安全管理制度等方面存在漏洞相关。结论针对环境安全管理方面存在的问题,制订环境管理防范策略,为患者营造安全的住院环境,为综合医院有效预防住院患者自杀提供参考。

Objective To investigate the factors related to environmental safety of suicidal behavior in general hospitals and to formulate prevention strategies.Methods To set up a research group and collect data,so as to analyze the environmental safety related factors in suicide incidents and formulate the management strategies of environmental safety.Results The suicide incidents were related to the designing flaws of doors and windows,dangerous goods,toilets,various routes,monitoring and safety management system.Conclusion In view of the problems in environmental safety management,hospital managers should develop prevention strategies to create a safe environment,which provides reference of safety management for hospitalized patients in general hospitals.
