袋鼠式延续性护理对早产儿生理指标及体格发育的影响

Effect of Kangaroo Mother Care and transitional care on physiological indexes and physical development of premature infants

目的探讨袋鼠式延续性护理对早产儿生理指标及体格发育的影响。方法选取2016年6月至2017年3月收治的早产儿,随机分为干预组(n=42)和对照组(n=44),对照组进行常规护理,干预组进行袋鼠式延续性护理,比较两组早产儿的生理指标、体格发育和喂养方式。结果干预组接受袋鼠式护理前15 min和护理中的呼吸、心率无明显差异(P>0.05),护理中的血氧饱和度较护理前15 min有显著提高(P<0.01);出生后42 d,干预组的纯母乳喂养成功率及早产儿体质量、头围值明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);干预组的家长满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论袋鼠式护理能够稳定早产儿生理指标,提高血氧饱和度水平,联合延续性护理能够增加其纯母乳喂养成功率,促进体格生长发育,提高家长满意度,且安全可靠、简单经济,值得在临床护理中推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Kangaroo Mother Care and transitional care on physiological indexes as well as the premature infants’ physical development.Methods Premature infants from June 2016 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n= 44) and intervention group(n= 42).The control group was given routine care,the intervention group received Kangaroo Mother Care as well as transitional care.The physiological indexes,physical development and feeding patterns were compared between two groups.Results The intervention group had no obvious change in heart rate and respiratory than 15 min before intervention(P>0.05).The oxygen saturation value significantly increased than after 15 min(P<0.01).The body weight,head circumference parameters of the intervention group were higher than those of control group 42 days after birth(P<0.01 orP<0.05).The feeding mode selection of the intervention group were better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Kangaroo Mother Care and transitional care are able to stabilize the physiological indexes and increase premature infants’ oxygen saturation value.It can also promote efficiently breastfeeding rate,enhance the physical development,improve parents satisfaction,and being safe,reliable,simple and economical,it is worthy promoting in clinical nursing.
