随身灸、穴位贴敷联合治疗老年急性心肌梗死后便秘价值观察

Value observation of combined application of accompanied moxibustion and acupoint application in elderly patients with constipation after acute myocardial infarction

目的:对急性心肌梗死后便秘的老年患者采取联合应用随身灸、穴位贴敷,并分析其应用价值。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年12月,到我院进行治疗的88例急性心肌梗死后便秘的老年患者,采取随机数字表法,将患者分为两组。对照组患者44例,采取常规护理(卧床休息、饮食指导、排便指导、心理护理)+开塞露塞肛治疗(40 mL);观察组患者44例,在常规护理基础上,进行随身灸(取中脘、神阙、足三里、天枢等穴,每个穴位20 min,每日1次)+穴位贴敷(3 g生大黄粉+2~3 mL的95%乙醇制成药丸,取脐部神阙穴贴敷,每日更换)治疗,治疗7 d后评价两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为95.45%,对照组为77.27%,差异明显(χ2=6.18,P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组患者出现腹痛1例,腹泻1例,发生率4.55%;对照组患者出现腹痛5例,腹泻3例,大便失控3例,呕吐2例,发生率29.55%,差异明显(χ2=9.72,P<0.05)。结论;对急性心肌梗死后发生便秘的老年患者联合应用随身灸+穴位贴敷治疗,能够缓解患者便秘症状,避免诱发或加重病情,同时还能够减少患者不良反应,减轻患者的痛苦,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the value of combined application of accompanied moxibustion and acupoint application in elderly patients with constipation after acute myocardial infarction.Methods:88 elderly patients with constipation after acute myocardial infarction who were admitted to our hospital for treatment from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.In the control group,44 patients were treated with routine nursing(bed rest,diet guidance,defecation guidance,psychological care)combined with open seru anal plug therapy(40 m l).44 patients in the observation group received combined application of accompanied moxibustion at Zhongwan(中脘),Shenque(神阙),Zusanli(足三里),Tianshu(天枢)and other acupoints.Each acupoint was for 20 min,once a day and acupoint application(The pills made of 3 g raw rhubarb powder and 2~3 m L 95%ethanol were applied at Shenque acupoint,changed daily)on the basis of conventional nursing care,the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients and adverse reactions were evaluated.Results:The total effective rate was 95.45%in the observation group and 77.27%in the control group,which was with a significant difference(χ2=6.18,P<0.05).During the treatment,there was 1 case of abdominal pain and 1 case of diarrhea occurred in the observation group,with an adverse reaction incidence rate of 4.55%.In the control group,5 patients had abdominal pain,3 patients had diarrhea,3 patients had uncontrolled stool,and 2 patients had vomiting,with an adverse reaction incidence rate of 29.55%,which was significantly different(χ2=9.72,P<0.05).Conclusions:For the elderly patients with constipation after acute myocardial infarction,the combined application of accompanied moxibustion and acupoint application can alleviate the symptoms of constipation,avoid inducing or aggravating the condition,and at the same time it can reduce the adverse reactions of patients,reduce the pain of patients,which has a high application value.
