人文关怀结合中医穴位针刺、放血治疗高血压病的效果分析

Effect analysis of TCM humanistic care combined with acupuncture and bloodletting in the treatment of hypertension

目的:探讨人文关怀结合中医穴位针刺、放血治疗高血压病的效果。方法:选择我院2018年1月-2018年12月收治的96例高血压病患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组48例,对照组运用常规诊治,观察组在常规诊治的基础上增加中医人文关怀结合穴位针刺、放血,分析不同诊治后疾病改善效果、患者满意度情况差异。结果:在治疗有效率上,观察组为95.8%,显著高于对照组81.2%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在患者满意率上,观察组为95.8%,显著高于对照组75.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者血压均优于治疗前,观察组血压改善显著优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医人文关怀结合穴位针刺、放血可以有效地改善高血压病患者诊治效果,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of TCM humanistic care combined with acupuncture and bloodletting in the treatment of hypertension.Method:96 hypertension patients who were admitted to and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received TCM humanistic care combined with acupuncture and bloodletting on the basis of treatment of the control group.The difference in treatment effect and satisfaction was analyzed.Results:In terms of treatment effectiveness,the observation group was 95.8%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,81.2%,the difference was of statistical significance,P<0.05;in the satisfaction rate,the observation group was 95.8%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,75.0%,the difference was of statistical significance,P<0.05.Blood pressure in both groups was better than that before treatment,and blood pressure in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was of statistical significance,P<0.05.Conclusion:TCM humanistic care combined with acupuncture and bloodletting could effectively enhance the treatment effectiveness and improve patients satisfaction in the treatment of hypertension.
