查阅近十年来与痛经相关的文献,研究中医对于治疗痛经的发展情况,通过结合中医基础理论即整体观念和辨证论治,从不同的角度和维度来总结中医对于在痛经方面的疗效情况。追溯到中医发展的奠基时期及中医四大经典的问世,总结不同学派、不同医家对痛经的经典原文认识,说明痛经的来源及出处,以及引起痛经疾病发生的病因病机、影响因素、甚至生活方式、社会环境等方面,其次,通过对痛经的整体认识,确定辨证分型、分析疼痛的性质以及确定相应的治疗方案,结合前人对治疗痛经疾病的经验,对现代各位老师们对治疗该病的认识及方药以及临床实际病案数据进行分析总结。最后,总结出近十年来痛经疾病的研究程度、研究方向和现代临床扩展的治疗方法对比,可以明确得出中医在治疗痛经疾病方面,特别是对于寒凝血瘀型的痛经,有显著的临床效果,但在治疗方法以及思想、方药等方面也存在一些不严谨的问题。针对痛经已成为影响现代女性学习、工作、生活等方面的一大疑难病症,希望通过自己的总结能给广大女性患者提供帮助。

Investigate the literature related to dysmenorrhea in the past ten years,and study the development of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of dysmenorrhea.By combining the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine,namely the overall concept and syndrome differentiation,summarize the therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine on dysmenorrhea from different angles and dimensions.Through the foundation period of the development of Chinese medicine and the advent of the four classics of Chinese medicine,summed up the classic texts of different schools and different doctors on dysmenorrhea,explaining the source and source of dysmenorrhea,and the pathogenesis,influencing factors and even the causes of dysmenorrhea.Lifestyle,social environment,etc.Secondly,through the overall understanding of dysmenorrhea,determine the differentiation of syndromes,analyze the nature of pain and determine the corresponding treatment plan,combined with the previous experience of treating dysmenorrhea diseases,the treatment of modern teachers The disease's understanding and prescription and clinical actual medical data were analyzed and summarized.Finally,by summarizing the research level of dysmenorrhea disease in the past decade,the research direction and the comparison of modern clinical expansion treatment methods,it can be clearly concluded that Chinese medicine has significant clinical effects in the treatment of dysmenorrhea diseases,especially for dysmenorrhea of cold clotting type.However,there are also some rigorous problems in terms of treatment methods,thoughts,prescriptions,etc.Targeting dysmenorrhea has become a major problem affecting modern women's study,work,life and other aspects.I hope that through the conclusion of my own,I can help the majority of female patients.
