无痛分娩中给予催产素静脉滴注的临床效果分析

目的探讨分析无痛分娩中给予催产素静脉滴注的临床效果。方法在该院收治的无痛分娩产妇(入院时间:2016年2月—2019年2月)中方便抽取300例作为该次研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=150)与研究组(n=150),两组产妇均给予无痛分娩手术,对照组给予常规产程处理,研究组给予催产素静脉滴注,比较2组产程持续时间、镇痛效果、分娩结局、产后2 h出血量及新生儿窒息情况。结果研究组产妇第一产程、第二产程及总产程持续时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组镇痛效果差异比较基本一致,镇痛优良率均为100%;研究组自然分娩率(84%)高于对照组(68%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.526,P<0.05),两组产后出血量及新生儿窒息发生率差异比较基本一致,差异无统计学意义(t=1.182,P>0.05;χ^2=0.203,P>0.05)。结论给予无痛分娩产妇静脉滴注催产素能够有效缩短产妇产程持续时间,促进产妇顺利分娩,具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广、应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intravenous infusion of oxytocin in painless delivery.Methods Convenient selection 300 patients who underwent painless delivery in the hospital(admission time:from February 2016 to February 2019)were enrolled in this study and were randomLy divided into control groups according to random number table(n=150)and the study group(n=150),the two groups of women were given painless delivery surgery,the control group was given routine labor management,the study group was given intravenous oxytocin,comparing the duration of labor,analgesic effect,delivery outcome,2h postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia.Results The duration of first labor,second stage of labor and total labor duration of the study group were shorter than those of the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).The difference of analgesic effect between the two groups was basically the same,and the excellent rate of analgesia was 100%.The natural delivery rate of the study group(84%)was higher than that of the control group(68%),and the difference was significant(χ^2=10.526,P<0.05).The difference between the postpartum hemorrhage volume and the incidence of neonatal asphyxia was basically the same,the difference was not statistically significant(t=1.182,P>0.05;χ^2=0.203,P>0.05),no statistical significance.Conclusion Intravenous infusion of oxytocin into the mother of painless delivery can effectively shorten the duration of maternal labor and promote the smooth delivery of the mother.It has high safety and is worthy of clinical application.
