小儿金翘颗粒治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染的临床研究

Clinical Study of Xiaoer Jinqiao Granule in Treating Children with Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

目的研究探讨小儿金翘颗粒治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效及安全性评价。方法方便选择2017年1月—2018年1月期间该院门诊收治的儿童急性上呼吸道感染患者130例为研究对象,按随机分配原则分为观察组和对照组,每组患者65例,观察组采用小儿近金翘颗粒口服治疗,对照组采用小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒治疗。两组患者连续用药5 d后观察临床疗效、症状消失时间以及统计比较服药期间不良反应发生率。结果①观察组临床总有效率为92.31%(60/65),对照组治疗后临床总有效率为78.46%(51/65)(χ^2=4.993,P<0.05)。②观察组患者体温降至正常时间、鼻塞流涕消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、咽痛消失时间均低于对照组患者(t=7.570、4.692、4.365、3.886,P<0.05)。③观察组不良反应发生率为6.15%(4/65),低于对照组不良反应发生率为18.46%(12/65)(χ^2=4.561,P<0.05)。结论小儿金翘颗粒口服治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效显著,能够缩短患儿的各项症状消失时间,且不良反应少,用药安全性好,可在临床上进一步推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaoer Jinqiao Granule in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods Convenient selection of 130 patients with acute upper respiratory tract infections admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random distribution.65 patients in each group,observation group of children were treated with Xiaoer Jinqiao granules orally,and the control group was treated with pediatric aminophenol Huangnamin granules.The clinical efficacy,the disappearance time of symptoms and the statistical comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions during the medication were observed after 5 d of continuous administration.Results 1.The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 92.31%(60/65).The total effective rate after treatment was 78.46%(51/65)(χ^2=4.993,P<0.05).2.In the observation group,the body temperature decreased to normal time,the time of nasal obstruction disappeared,the time of cough disappeared,and the time of disappearance of sore throat were lower than those of the control group(t=7.570,4.692,4.365,3.886,P<0.05).3.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.15%(4/65),which was lower than that in the control group 18.46%(12/65)(χ^2=4.561,P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoer Jinqiao Granules has a significant clinical effect in treating children with acute upper respiratory tract infections.It can shorten the disappearance time of various symptoms of children,and has fewer adverse reactions.It has good medication safety and can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
