护理干预对学龄前儿童肺功能检查依从性及满意度的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Compliance and Satisfaction of Pulmonary Function Test in Preschool Children

目的探讨护理干预对学龄前儿童肺功能检查依从性及满意度的影响。方法方便选取2018年1—12月在该院接受肺功能检查的60例患者,按照随机数字表达法分为研究组(30例)与对照组(30例)。对照组接受常规护理干预,研究组在此基础上接受优质护理干预,比较两组儿童检查配合度、操作成功率、检查时间以及家属满意度等。结果研究组儿童检查配合度评分、操作成功率、检查时间、家属对护理满意度评分分别为(95.55±2.02)分、100.00%(30/30)、(20.05±5.01)min及(96.58±2.20)分;对照组儿童检查配合度评分、操作成功率、检查时间、家属对护理满意度评分分别为(90.01±2.23)分、76.67%(23/30)、(30.67±6.20)min及(90.02±2.20)分,比较差异有统计学意义(t=10.085、χ^2=7.925,t=7.297、t=11.549,P=0.000、0.005、0.000、0.000)。结论优质护理干预有助于提高学龄前儿童肺功能检查依从性、操作成功率,缩短检查时间,对护患关系的改善有积极意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the compliance and satisfaction of pulmonary function tests in preschool children.Methods convenient selec sixty patients who underwent pulmonary function tests in the hospital from January to December 2018 were enrolled in the study group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)according to the random number expression method.The control group received routine nursing intervention.The study group received quality nursing intervention on this basis,and compared the two groups of children's check fit,operation success rate,examination time and family satisfaction.Results In the study group,the scores of child satisfaction,operation success rate,examination time,and family satisfaction scores were(95.55±2.02)points,100.00%(30/30),(20.05±5.01)min,and(96.58±2.20)points.In the control group,the children's fitness score,operation success rate,examination time,and family satisfaction scores were(90.01±2.23)points,76.67%(23/30),(30.67±6.20)min,and(90.02±2.20)points,the comparison was statistically significant(t=10.085,χ^2=7.925,t=7.297,t=11.549,P=0.000,P=0.005,P=0.000,P=0.000).Conclusion Quality nursing intervention can help improve the compliance of lung function tests and the success rate of preschool children,shorten the examination time,and have positive significance for the improvement of nurse-patient relationship.
