降钙素原、C反应蛋白联合检测细菌感染分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究分析降钙素原、C反应蛋白联合检测细菌感染的临床意义。方法方便选取88例细菌感染者纳入该次实验的观察对象(即观察组),所有观察对象均于2014年12月—2017年11月于该院就诊,再于同期该院进行体检的健康人群中选取相同数量的体检者作为对照对象(即对照组),测定治疗前后两组的C反应蛋白和降钙素原的浓度与阳性率指标的变化情况。结果治疗前,观察组患者的降钙素原浓度(1.84±0.69)ng/mL以及C反应蛋白浓度(38.14±5.25)ng/mL显著高于对照组患者的降钙素原浓度(0.09±0.04)ng/mL以及C反应蛋白浓度(1.32±0.74)mg/L(t=27.761,P<0.05;t=65.147,P<0.05);观察组的降钙素原阳性率显著高于对照组患者的降钙素原阳性率;观察组患者的C反应蛋白阳性率显著高于对照组患者的C反应蛋白阳性率(χ2=55.786,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组实验对象的降钙素原及C反应蛋白浓度均显著下降,且与治疗前相比,治疗后2 d、治疗后3 d及出院前降钙素原及C反应蛋白浓度数据相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床细菌感染患者的确诊中应用降钙素原联合C反应蛋白共同检测,可快速准确判断细菌感染的程度,帮助患者细菌感染的早期诊断,便于病情的评估及后续治疗,临床应用价值显著。 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of combined detection of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in the detection of bacterial infection.Methods 88 patients with bacterial infection were enrolled in the observational group(ie,the observation group).All the subjects were convenient selected treated in the hospital from December 2014 to November 2017,and then the healthy population was examined in our hospital during the same period.The same number of physical examiners were selected as the control subjects(ie,the control group),and the changes of C-reactive protein and procalcitonin concentration and positive rate index were measured before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the procalcitonin concentration(1.84±0.69)ng/mL and C-reactive protein concentration(38.14±5.25)mg/L were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(0.09±0.04)ng/mL and C-reactive protein concentration(1.32±0.74)mg/L(t=27.761,P<0.05;t=65.147,P<0.05);the positive rate of procalcitonin in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The positive rate of procalcitonin in the group;the positive rate of C-reactive protein in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ^2=55.786,P<0.05);after treatment,the subjects in the observation group of the concentrations of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein were significantly decreased,and there was a statistically significant difference between the 2 d after treatment,3 d after treatment and pre-discharge procalcitonin and C-reactive protein concentrations(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in the diagnosis of patients with clinical bacterial infection can quickly and accurately determine the degree of bacterial infection,help patients with early diagnosis of bacterial infection,facilitate the evaluation of the disease and follow-up treatment,with clinical application value.
