大便常规检验在季节性腹泻检验中的临床效果评价

Clinical Evaluation of Routine Stool Test in Seasonal Diarrhea Test

目的分析大便常规检验在季节性腹泻检验中的临床效果,并评价其应用价值。方法方便选择该院自2017年1月—2018年12月期间收治的季节性腹泻患者216例,将其作为研究对象,对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性整理,分析患者大便常规检验的结果。结果通过对216例患者的大便常规检验结果进行回顾性分析发现,其检测出细菌共计208例,检出率为96.3%;其中,春季检出占比22.6%;夏季检出占比27.4%;秋季检出占比26.4%;冬季检出占比23.6%;可知沙门菌与副溶血弧菌于夏季与秋季最为常见,其检出率明显高于春季与冬季,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.67、8.04、4.36、6.66,P<0.05);而致泻性志贺菌与大肠埃希菌在春、夏、秋、冬一年四季的检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在季节性腹泻诊断与治疗时,应用大便常规检验方式,能够为其提供准确的参考依据,进而提高诊断效率与治疗效果,临床应用价值显著,值得研究推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of routine stool test in seasonal diarrhea test and evaluate its application value.Methods A total of 216 patients with seasonal diarrhea admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were convenient enrolled.The clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed,and the results of routine stool examination were analyzed.Results A retrospective analysis of 216 patients'routine stool test results showed that 208 cases of bacteria were detected,and the detection rate was 96.3%.Among them,the spring detection ratio was 22.6%;the summer detection ratio was 27.4%.The proportion of detection in autumn was 26.4%;the proportion of detection in winter was 23.6%;it was found that Salmonella and Vibrio parahaemolyticus were the most common in summer and autumn,and the detection rate was significantly higher than that in spring and winter,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.67,8.04,4.36,6.66,P<0.05);and the detection rate of Shigella-producing Shigella and Escherichia coli in spring,summer,autumn and winter all year round.There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis and treatment of seasonal diarrhea,the application of routine stool test can provide accurate reference basis,thereby improving the diagnostic efficiency and therapeutic effect.The clinical application value is significant and worthy of research and promotion.
