Discussion on the restoration,utilization and renovation of Anshan“Tai-Ding”historical and cultural district

历史街区是城市历史沿袭和文化传承的集中体现,具有极高的研究价值,通过对辽宁省鞍山市“台町”历史街区的调研分析以及实地考察,结合多个优秀案例,本着“修旧如旧”且改造提升的原则,针对存在的问题,提出多个且行实际的方法策略,对台町进行修复利用与更新改造。

Historical block is the mark of city history and valuable architectural heritage,we should pay more attention to it.Through understanding,a group of Japanese-related buildings in Anshan“Tai-Ding”is facing such a situation.Through the research and analysis of Anshan Tai-Ding historical district and field investigation,combined with a number of excellent cases,from beginning to end,in line with the principle of“repair the old as old”and transformation and improvement,in view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward several practical methods and strategies to repair,utilize and renovate the town.
