分析了伴热管道在石油化工装置运行中的重要作用及施工特点,结合工程实例论述了现场双轮煨制伴热管道的施工方法及注意事项,该方法具有施工简单、质量可靠、操作方便灵活、成本较低等诸多优点,为今后同类工程的施工提供了一定的借鉴。

The important function and construction characteristics of heat tracing pipe in petrochemical plant operation are firstly analyzed in this paper.Then it states the construction method and precautions about site double-wheel heating and bending tracing pipe combined with project cases.The method has many advantages such as simple construction,reliable quality,convenient and flexible operation,low cost,which provides a certain reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
