摘要
在自建拌和系统生产大体积混凝土过程中,需要设计多个混凝土配合比,以满足大坝混凝土施工需要。因自产原材料存在特异性,混凝土的自产原材料和外购原材料存在局部不相容问题。基于工程试验研究发现,高性能外加剂能满足特性性能需求,但也存在诱发混凝土坍落度损失过快等负面问题,因此自产混凝土在配合比设计试验中需进一步验证其原材料性能和检验原材料之间的相容性,以确保混凝土满足其设计标准的同时也满足施工需要。
Variety mix proportion designs of mass concrete is essential to meet the demand of dam concrete construction produced by the self-built mixing system.Due to the specificity of self-produced raw materials,the self-produced raw materials of concrete and the purchased raw materials have local incompatibility problems.It is found that high performance admixtures can induce the negative problems such as too fast loss of concrete slump,although that can meet their performance requirements.Therefore,it is necessary to further verify the properties of raw materials and test the compatibility of raw materials in the mix design test of self-produced concrete,so as to ensure that concrete meets its design standards and construction requirements.
