摘要
利用溶胶凝胶法、非均相沉淀法对30μm空心玻璃微珠进行包覆,并研究了这两种方法包覆微珠制备涂料的保温隔热性能。结果表明TiO 2包覆微珠制备涂料的保温隔热性能比未包覆微珠制备涂料有明显的提升,且采用溶胶凝胶法包覆微珠制备涂料的保温隔热效果优于非均相沉淀法包覆微珠制备的涂料。
This study is focusing on the thermal and insulating performance of architectural coating within hollow glass microbeads coated by TiO 2.The microbeads 30μm in averaged diameter were coated by two methods:sol-gel solution method and heterogeneous precipitation method,respectively.The result exhibits that the coating within TiO 2-coating microbeads prepared by sol-gel solution method shows the better thermal-insulating property than that including TiO 2-coating microbeads prepared by heterogeneous precipitation method.
