沥青路面同步碎石封层中反射裂缝处治研究

Research on treatment of reflection cracks on asphalt roadbed synchronous surface dressing

沥青路面同步碎石封层由于温缩变形以及原路面存在的病害等原因,易开裂产生反射裂缝,影响同步碎石封层后期使用效果,如何控制反射裂缝的产生和发展成为同步碎石封层效果的最大影响因素。通过近两年的实际养护施工,分析同步碎石封层在使用过程中反射裂缝产生的原因,并针对反射裂缝,试验旧路面预处治办法和试用玻纤格栅进行反射裂缝的防治,提高了路面的使用效能。

The paper indicates the reasons for the asphalt roadbed synchronous surface dressing because of the temperature shrinkage deformation and diseases on former roadbed,clarifies the reflective cracks caused by the cracks,and the utilities of the synchronous surface dressing will be affected,illustrates the measures of controlling the reflection cracks and their development will be the most influential factor for the effect of the synchronous surface dressing,interprets the reasons for the reflection cracks on synchronous surface dressing in practice after the two-year maintenance,and analyzes the prevention of the reflection cracks with the pre-treatment for the roadbeds of the trials and the broken fiber grating for the reflection cracks,so as to improve the utility effect of the roadbeds.
