细节护理在手术室糖尿病患者护理安全中的应用

Application of Detail Nursing in Nursing Safety of Patients with Diabetes in Operating Room

目的探讨和分析手术室的细节护理,对糖尿病患者护理安全的应用价值和效果。方法选择该医院手术室护理改革前,2018年1—6月的患者资料50例,这些患者接受的是常规的手术室护理方法,同时选择该医院手术室护理工作改革后,2018年7月—2019年1月期间收治的糖尿病患者资料50例,这些患者接受的是细节护理工作,分别对两个组进行命名改革前为对照组,改革后为观察组。结果观察组患者的并发症合计发生的情况、苏醒时间、麻醉恢复室停留的时间都低于对照组,而患者对于护理工作的满意程度观察组高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者的治疗,给予其手术室的细节护理工作,能够有效减少其并发症发生的几率,保证患者的安全。

Objective To explore and analyze the application of detailed nursing in the operating room and the value and effect of nursing safety for diabetic patients.Methods A patient's data was collected from January to June 2018 before a hospital operating room care reform.These patients received routine operating room care methods,and after the hospital's operating room care reform was implemented,There were 50 cases of diabetes patients admitted from July 2018 to January 2019.These patients received detailed nursing work.The two groups were given the control group before the naming reform and the observation group after the reform.Results The total number of complications,the time of recovery,and the time of staying in the anesthesia recovery room were lower in the observation group than in the control group.The satisfaction of the nursing work was higher in the observation group than in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Discussion The treatment of diabetic patients,giving detailed care to their operating room,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and ensure the safety of patients.
