养肝生肌汤治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Nourishing the Liver and Promoting Granulation Decoction in Treating Diabetic Foot Ulcer

目的探讨针对糖尿病足溃疡患者实施养肝生肌汤治疗的方法及疗效。方法选择该院于2016年12月—2018年12月期间收治的糖尿病足溃疡患者作为资料,共102例随机分组,对照组和观察组分别采用常规西医治疗和增加中医养肝生肌汤治疗,各51例,观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.08%,对照组为80.39%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组足背动脉内径和血流速度明显提升,且与对照组比较明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组氧化应激及炎症指标AOPPs、FGF2、TNF-α、IL-6明显改善,且显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病足溃疡治疗中应用中药养肝生肌汤治疗对促使症状消失,缓解疼痛有明显作用,确保恢复正常活动能力,对减轻炎症及氧化应激反应有良好效果,且可改善足背血流,提高生活质量,治疗价值较高。

Objective To explore the method and effect of Nourishing the Liver and Promoting Granulation Decoction in patients with diabetic foot ulcer.Methods A total of 102 patients with diabetic foot ulcers who were admitted to the hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled.The control group and the observation group were treated with conventional Western medicine and increased Chinese medicine Nourishing the Liver and Promoting Granulation Decoction.51 cases were observed and the effects of the two groups were observed.Results The effective rate was 96.08%in the observation group and 80.39%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the diameter and blood flow velocity of the dorsal artery of the observation group were significantly increased,and it was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,oxidative stress and inflammatory indexes AOPPs,FGF2,TNF-α,IL-6 were significantly improved in the observation group,and significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine Nourishing the Liver and Promoting Granulation Decoction in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer has obvious effects on promoting the disappearance of symptoms and relieving pain,ensuring the recovery of normal activity,good effect on reducing inflammation and oxidative stress,and improving the blood flow of the back of the foot,improve the quality of life,and have higher therapeutic value.
