往复式过山车站台安全门系统安全完整性等级(SIL)评价

摘要 区别常规提升式过山车,往复式过山车通过往复运动获得最大运行速度,因此过山车会以较高速度反复通过站台位置,站台安全门系统的安全防护可靠性至关重要。本文参照游乐设施安全相关系统安全完整性评价方法,以往复式过山车站台安全门系统为例,从安全相关系统辨识、安全功能风险评价、安全控制回路设计、安全功能SIL评价4个步骤对站台安全门安全相关电气控制系统进行SIL评价,通过元器件选型计算、安全功能试验2个步骤确认逻辑控制回路PL等级,全过程开展了安全功能的安全完整性等级(SIL)评价工作。提高了往复式过山车站台安全门系统的安全等级,降低了站台操作人员与乘客的伤害风险。 Different from the conventional lift type roller coaster,the reciprocating roller coaster obtains the maximum running speed through reciprocating motion.Therefore,the roller coaster will repeatedly pass the station at a higher speed,and the safety protection reliability of the station safety door system is very important.In this paper,referring to the safety integrity evaluation method of safety related system of amusement facilities,taking the safety door system of reciprocating roller coaster station as an example,the safety related system identification,safety function risk evaluation,safety control loop design and safety function SIL evaluation are four steps to evaluate the safety related electrical control system of the platform safety door,through component selection calculation and safety function test The PL level of logic control circuit was confirmed in two steps,and the safety integrity level(SIL)evaluation of safety function was carried out in the whole process.The safety level of the platform safety door system of the reciprocating roller coaster station is improved,and the injury risk of the platform operators and passengers is reduced.
