PDCA循环在ICU医院感染风险管理中的应用效果分析

目的探讨分析在ICU医院感染管理中应用PDCA循环进行风险管理的效果。方法选取该科2017年6月-2018年12月重症患者104例,将其根据护理方式的不同随机分为PDCA循环组和常规组,各52例,循环组患者运用PDCA循环风险管理进行护理措施干预,常规组运用日常的风险管理方式进行护理干预,对比两组未出现风险的概率、护理质量以及患者的满意度。结果 PDCA循环组未发生风险概率96.15%,大于常规组的80.77%,PDCA循环组护理质量优于常规组,PDCA循环组护理的满意度90.40%,高于常规组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于重症监护的患者在医院感染管理中应用PDCA循环,不仅可以有效控制风险的发生,还能提高患者的满意度以及护理工作质量,应广泛推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of applying PDCA cycle in risk management in ICU hospital infection management. Methods 104 cases of critically ill patients from June 2017 to December 2018 in the department were randomly divided into PDCA circulating group and routine group according to different nursing methods, with 52 cases each. Patients in circulating group applied PDCA cycle risk management for nursing measures intervention, the routine group used daily risk management methods for nursing intervention, and compared the probability of no risk, quality of care, and patient satisfaction between the two groups. Results The risk probability of the PDCA circulating group was 96.15%, which was greater than 80.77% of the PDCA conventional group. The nursing quality of the circulating group was better than that of the conventional group. The nursing satisfaction of the PDCA circulating group was 90.40%, which was higher than 76.92% of the conventional group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle in hospital infection management for patients in intensive care can not only effectively control the occurrence of risks, but also improve patient satisfaction and quality of nursing work. It should be widely used.
