20家村卫生室2016-2018年医疗废物运送处置情况的分析

Analysis of Medical Waste Transportation and Disposal in 20 Village Clinics from 2016 to 2018

目的分析20家村卫生室在2016-2018年度的医疗废物运送处置情况,以其为寻求医疗废物合理处理对策提供参考。方法查阅2016年1月-2018年12月期间该卫生院所管辖的20家村卫生室的医疗废物运送处置登记资料,通过现场查看每月统计重量、运送次数及调查问卷的方式对村卫生室关于感染性医疗废物、损伤性医疗废物的运送处置情况进行分析。结果20家村卫生室负责任人共20人,与卫生院签订医疗废物运送处置责任协议书,《医疗废物管理条例》中内容的知晓率和防护认知度均达到80.0%以上,各类医疗废物能够从源头规范分类、收集,但村卫生室严格做到每2 d及时运送的只占10.0%(2/20)。结论该镇村卫生室负责人对于《医疗废物管理条例》内容知晓率较高,医疗废物能够从源头规范分类、收集,但感染性医疗废物和损伤性医疗废物普遍存在不能及时(2 d内)运送的现象,其原因主要有产生重量少、距离卫生院路程远近不一等。需要加大相关知识的宣传力度,增强相关人员的培训和管理,进一步完善村卫生室的管理和考核制度,促进医疗废物的及时运送。

Objective To analyze the transportation and disposal of medical waste in 20 village clinics from 2016 to 2018,and use it as a reference for seeking reasonable treatment measures for medical waste.Methods From January 2016 to December 2018,the registration data of medical waste transportation and disposal in 20 village clinics under the jurisdiction of the hospital were check,and the village health was examined by checking the monthly statistical weight,the number of transportation times and the questionnaire on the spot.The department analyzes the transportation and disposal of infectious medical waste and damaging medical waste.Results A total of 20 persons in charge of the 20 village clinics signed a responsibility agreement for the transportation and disposal of medical waste with the hospital.The awareness rate and protection awareness of the contents of the Medical Waste Management Regulations reached more than 80.0%,and various types of medical waste,which can be classified and collected from the source,but the village clinics strictly ensure that only 10.0%(2/20)are delivered every 2 days.Conclusion The person in charge of the health clinic in our town and village has a high awareness of the contents of the"Regulations on the Management of Medical Waste".Medical waste can be classified and collected from the source.However,infectious medical waste and damaging medical waste are generally not available for timely delivery(within 2 days).The main reasons for this phenomenon are less weight and different distances from the hospital.It is necessary to increase the publicity of relevant knowledge,enhance the training and management of relevant personnel,further improve the management and assessment system of village clinics,and promote the timely delivery of medical waste.
