目视管理在外科护理质量管理中的应用价值研究

Research on the Application Value of Visual Management in Surgical Nursing Quality Management

目的探究目视管理在外科护理质量管理中的应用价值。方法将该院外科护理质量管理工作在2016年3月-2017年3月进行常规管理设定为实施前,2017年4月-2018年4月进行目视管理设定为实施后,比较实施前后的护理质量评分、不良事件发生率以及患者满意度。结果实施后的专科护理、分级护理、护理安全、健康教育与护理服务的评分均高于实施前,同时实施后患者满意度满意度也均高于实施前,且实施后的不良事件发生率低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论在外科护理质量管理中应用目视管理能有效提高护理管理质量,同时提高患者对护理工作的满意度,且能有效降低外科护理的不良事件发生率,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the value of visual management in the quality management of surgical nursing. Methods The quality of surgical nursing quality management in the hospital was set before implementation in March 2016 to March2017, and visual management was set in April 2017 to April 2018 after implementation. Quality of care score, incidence of adverse events, and patient satisfaction were compared. Results The scores of specialized nursing, graded nursing, nursing safety, health education and nursing services after implementation were higher than before implementation. At the same time, patient satisfaction after implementation was higher than before implementation, and the incidence of adverse events after implementation was higher than that before implementation(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of visual management in the quality management of surgical nursing can effectively improve the quality of nursing management, improve patient satisfaction with nursing work, and effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in surgical nursing.
