Development Status of Nurses’ Multi-point Practice in China

随着经济与生活质量的提高,人们对自身的健康也越来越重视,在目前医疗卫生体制改革的大前提下,护士多点执业作为一个医疗护理行业广泛关注的话题,越来越多的临床护理人员对此观点持支持态度,同时目前我国正面临着临床医护和护患比例分配严重不均的现状,这也为护士多点执业的发展提供了背景。作为一个新兴的执业方式,护士多点执业既满载着希望,又面临着多重挑战。该文因此提出了相关建议。

With the improvement of economy and quality of life, people are paying more and more attention to their own health. Under the premise of the current medical and health system reform, the practice of multi-point nurses is a topic of widespread concern in the medical care industry, many clinical nurses support this view. At the same time, China is currently facing a situation of serious uneven distribution of clinical medical care and nurse-patient ratio, which also provides a background for the development of multi-point practice of nurses. As a new practice method, nurses’ multi-point practice is full of hopes and faces multiple challenges. The article therefore provides relevant recommendations.
