探讨微信群在肿瘤科病区护理管理工作中的应用分析

Discussion on the Application Analysis of WeChat Group in Nursing Management of Oncology Ward

目的探讨在肿瘤科病区护理管理工作中微信群的应用效果。方法收集2017年1月-2018年12月间在该院肿瘤科工作的23名护士为研究对象,2018年1月开始应用微信群管理,对比应用前后病区护理管理质量。结果 2018年度护理不良事件发生率为4.35%,明显低于2017年度的26.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2018年度护士护理满意度为100.00%,明显高于2017年度的82.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤科室病区护理管理中应用微信群,能有效提升工作效率和工作质量,改善护患关系,降低差错、投诉等不良事件发生率,值得全方位推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat group in nursing management of oncology ward. Methods23 nurses who worked in the oncology department of the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were collected as the research object. Wechat group management was applied in January 2018 to compare the quality of ward care management before and after application. Results The incidence of nursing adverse events in 2018 was 4.35%, which was significantly lower than the 26.09% in 2017, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in 2018 was100.00%, which was significantly higher than 82.61% in 2017, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of WeChat group in the nursing management of the oncology department ward can effectively improve work efficiency and quality, improve the relationship between nurses and patients, and reduce the incidence of adverse events such as errors and complaints. It is worth promoting in all directions.
