责任制带教模式对内镜室护生护理操作能力的影响分析

摘要 目的分析责任制带教模式,了解其对内镜室护理操作能力的影响分析。方法选取内镜室护生100名,并将她们随机平均分为实验组和对照组。通过在实验组使用责任带教模式,进而观察两组人员操作能力之间的差别。结果使用责任制带教式的实验组的各项护理成绩最终都要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的人员对于知识的了解以及对于护理的感受都比较满意,感兴趣的程度也远高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论责任带教模式比较值得提倡,它可以更好地提高护生的能力,还能够很好地被接受,并能提高护生对其工作的热爱程度,对于内镜室护生护理的操作能力有很好的提升作用。 Objective To analyze the influence of the teaching model of responsibility system on the nursing operation ability of the endoscope room. Methods A total of 100 nurses in the endoscopy room were selected and randomly divided into two groups, one group as the experimental group and the other group as the control group. By using the responsible teaching mode in the experimental group, the difference between the two groups’ operating ability was observed. Results The nursing performance of the experimental group using the responsibility-based teaching method was ultimately higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Furthermore, the personnel in the experimental group were more satisfied with the knowledge and experience of nursing, and they were far more interested in it than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The responsibility education model is more worthy of promotion. It can better improve the ability of nursing staff, can also be well accepted, and can increase the degree of love of the nursing staff for their work, and have a good lifting effect on the ability to operate the nursing care of the endoscopy room.
