摘要
目的讨论在实践教学中运用基于临床思维的临床技能培训模式进行教学工作的应用价值。方法筛选出2018年7月-2019年6月期间于该校就读的医学生88名,应用数字随机表对患者进行分组,即参照组与观察组。参照组应用传统教学模式,观察组运用基于临床思维的临床技能培训模式。记录、对比两组的临床思维评分及临床技能评分。结果较之参照组,观察组的临床思维评分及临床技能评分均呈现明显的提升趋势(P<0.05)。结论在实践教学中运用基于临床思维的临床技能培训模式进行教学工作,能够有效提升学生的创新能力、临床反应能力、动手能力、突发事件的解决能力及综合素质。
Objective To discuss the application value of clinical thinking-based clinical skills training mode in practical teaching. Methods Eighty-eight medical students enrolled in the school from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected, and patients were grouped using a digital random table, that is, the reference group and the observation group. The reference group applied the traditional teaching mode, and the observation group applied the clinical skills training mode based on clinical thinking. The clinical thinking score and clinical skills score of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results Compared with the reference group, the clinical thinking score and clinical skills score of the observation group showed a significant upward trend(P<0.05). Conclusion Using clinical thinking-based clinical skills training mode for teaching in practical teaching can effectively improve students’ innovative ability, clinical response ability, hands-on ability, emergency resolution ability and comprehensive quality.
