室性心律失常是冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者最常见和最严重的并发症之一,其不仅会加重患者的病情复杂程度和提高其临床治疗的难度,若不及时采取规范治疗,还易增加患者的病死率,对临床救治人员的专业技能具有较高的要求。为了能给冠心病慢性心力衰竭并发室性心律失常患者提供良好诊疗服务,从而提高其疾病治疗有效率和降低患者的病死率,就需要临床带教人员积极探寻有效的教学方法对实习医生进行教学,使其能够快速、准确地对患者病情进行诊断,并根据诊断结果为患者制定出合理的治疗方案,进而才能改善患者的预后。该文主要简述了冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者并发室性心律失常的机制和危害,并总结了一些冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者室性心律失常的教学方法,最后,以临床实践案例叙述了采用临床用药指导模式教学在冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者室性心律失常教学中的应用效果,以期能为后续相关疾病的教学工作提供有效参考。

Ventricular arrhythmia is one of the most common and serious complications in patients with chronic heart failure and coronary heart disease. It not only aggravates the complexity of the patient’s condition and makes it difficult to treat it clinically. It is easy to increase the mortality of patients, which shows that it has higher requirements for the professional skills of clinical treatment personnel. In order to provide good diagnosis and treatment services for patients with chronic heart failure and ventricular arrhythmias in coronary heart disease, so as to improve the efficiency of disease treatment and reduce the mortality rate of patients, it is necessary for clinical instructors to actively explore effective teaching methods for teaching interns, so that it can quickly and accurately diagnose the patient’s condition, and develop a reasonable treatment plan for the patient according to the diagnosis results, so as to improve the patient’s prognosis. This article briefly describes the mechanism and harm of ventricular arrhythmia in patients with chronic heart failure with coronary heart disease, and summarizes some teaching methods of ventricular arrhythmia in patients with chronic heart failure with coronary heart disease.
