沙参麦冬汤加减治疗肺阴亏耗证慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床观察及患者满意度评价

Clinical observation and patient satisfaction evaluation of Shashen Maidong Decoction in the treatment of COPD with lung Yin deficiency syndrome

目的:观察沙参麦冬汤加减治疗肺阴亏耗证慢阻肺临床观察及患者满意度。方法:选取榆中县第一人民医院肺阴亏耗证慢阻肺患者62例,随机将患者分成对照组及观察组,两组患者均行常规药物治疗,观察组另加沙参麦冬汤加减治疗。结果:经相应治疗干预后,观察组酸碱度(pH)、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)、及血氧分压(PaO2)水平相较于对照组均较高,动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)水平相较于对照组较低,P<0.05;观察组用力肺活量(FVC)、一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)值相较于对照组均较高,BDI值相较于对照组低,P<0.05;观察组对治疗效果的满意率相较于对照组高,P<0.05。结论:肺阴亏耗证慢阻肺患者在行常规药物治疗的同时,予以另加沙参麦冬汤加减治疗,可改善患者血气指标以及肺功能指标水平,提高治疗满意率,对其病情的稳定起到积极作用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and patient satisfaction of Shashen Maidong Decoction(沙参麦冬汤)in the treatment of COPD with lung Yin deficiency syndrome.Methods:Sixty-two patients with COPD with lung Yin deficiency syndrome in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Patients in both groups were treated with conventional medicine,and those in the observation group received Shashen Maidong Decoction.Results:After the corresponding treatment and intervention,the pH,SaO2,and PaO2 levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the PaCO2 levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).FVC and FEV1 values in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while BDI values were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of treatment effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:In addition to conventional drug therapy,Shashen Maidong Decoction can improve the level of blood gas index and lung function index,promote the treatment satisfaction rate,and play a positive role in the stability of the patients’condition in the treatment of COPD patients with lung Yin deficiency syndrome.
