康复护理对精神分裂症患者睡眠质量的影响分析

Analysis on the effect of rehabilitation nursing on sleep quality in patients with schizophrenia

目的:了解康复护理对精神分裂症患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:将东莞市第七人民医院2018年1月-2018年12月的100例精神分裂症患者,随机分组,对照组给予传统护理,康复护理干预组开展康复护理干预。比较两组满意度;患者对精神分裂症的认知水平、康复治疗的依从性评分;护理前后匹兹堡睡眠质量评分以及焦虑心理;并发症发生率。结果:康复护理干预组满意度、匹兹堡睡眠质量评分以及焦虑心理、患者对精神分裂症的认知水平、康复治疗的依从性评分、并发症发生率对比对照组有优势,P<0.05。结论:精神分裂症患者实施康复护理干预效果确切。

Objective:To understand the effect of rehabilitation nursing on sleep quality in patients with schizophrenia Methods:100 cases of schizophrenia patients treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into groups.The control group was given traditional nursing,and the rehabilitation nursing intervention group was given rehabilitation nursing intervention.The satisfaction of the two groups,patients'cognitive level of schizophrenia,rehabilitation compliance score,Pittsburgh sleep quality score and anxiety before and after nursing care and complication rate were compared.Results:Satisfaction,Pittsburgh sleep quality score,anxiety,cognitive level of patients with schizophrenia,compliance score of rehabilitation therapy,and incidence of complications in the rehabilitation nursing intervention group were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with schizophrenia is exact.
