TDP灯持续加热对中药封包治疗劳损性腰痛的临床疗效分析

Clinical effect analysis of TDP lamp continuous heating on traditional Chinese medicine packaging in the treatment of lumbago caused by strain

目的:探讨TDP灯持续加热对中药封包治疗劳损性腰痛的临床疗效分析。方法:选取2017年11月-2018年12月深圳市宝安区石岩人民医院园美社康中心收治的劳损性腰痛患者66例,随机分为两组,对照组应用中药封包,研究组联合应用TDP灯持续加热。观察比较治疗前、后不同时间点下的腰椎(JOA)评分变化情况,两组的疗效。结果:治疗后,研究组各时间点下的JOA评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为97.0%(32/33),显著高于对照组的总有效率84.8%(28/33)(P<0.05)。结论:给予劳损性腰痛患者使用中药封包进行治疗的过程中,联合应用TDP灯持续加热可显著提高患者的临床疗效及JOA评分。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of TDP lamp continuous heating on traditional Chinese medicine packaging in the treatment of lumbago caused by strain.Methods:A total of 66 patients with LBP admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)encapsulation and the study group was treated with TDP lamp for continuous heating.The changes of lumbar spine(JOA)score at different time points before and after treatment,and the efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:After treatment,JOA scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate in the study group was 97.0%(32/33),which was significantly higher than that in the control group 84.8%(28/33)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined application of TDP lamp and continuous heating can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and JOA score of patients with lumbago strain treated with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)encapsulation.
