钙尔奇D片联合丹红注射液应用于骨质疏松症治疗效果观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of Calcium D tablets combined with Danhong injection on osteoporosis

目的:分析钙尔奇D片联合丹红注射液治疗骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法:资料分析新泰市第二人民医院2017年2月-2018年2月收治骨质疏松症患者共70例,按照不同治疗方法分为两组,每组35例;研究组予钙尔奇D片联合丹红注射液治疗,对照组予钙尔奇D片治疗;观察两组临床疗效、临床生理学指标情况。结果:研究组临床总有效率94.29%(25/35)高于对照组71.43%(33/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组腰椎骨密度等指标得到显著改善,其中研究组患者治疗后的腰椎、股骨颈和股骨大转子骨密度均显著高于对照组患者治疗后,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨质疏松症患者行钙尔奇D片联合丹红注射液治疗的疗效显著,具临床应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Calcium D tablets combined with Danhong injection(丹红注射液)in the treatment of osteoporosis.Methods:The data of a total of 70 patients with osteoporosis,who were enrolled in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were analyzed.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 35 cases in each group.The study group was given Calcic D tablets combined with Danhong injection and the control group was treated with Calcium D tablets.The clinical efficacy and clinical physiology of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 94.29%(25/35),which was higher than that of the control group,71.43%(33/35),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the lumbar vertebrae bone mineral density and other indicators were significantly improved.The bone mineral density of the lumbar vertebrae,femoral neck and femur trochanter in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of osteoporosis patients with Calcium D tablets combined with Danhong injection is effective and it has clinical value.
