Experience of Xue Guozhong in treating diabetic kidney disease in stage Ⅳ

糖尿病肾病(Diabetic Kidney Disease,DKD)是糖尿病最严重、最常见的慢性微血管并发症之一,发病率也呈逐年增长之势。薛国忠主任医师继承经典,结合临床实践,强调“未病先防,既病防变”,认为糖尿病肾病患者应早期诊断与预防,积极治疗原发病。提出糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期的病机特点为脾肾阳虚,脉络瘀阻,从脾肾论治,认为此阶段应以健脾利湿,活血化瘀为根本治则。

Diabetic kidney disease is one of the most serious and common chronic microvascular complications of diabetes,and its incidence is increasing year by year.Xue Guozhong inherits the classics,combining with clinical practice,stresses that“no disease first prevention,already sick to prevent changes”and patients with diabetic kidney disease should be diagnosed and prevented early,and the primary disease should be actively treated.He proposed that the pathogenesis in stage IV of diabetic kidney disease is Pishen Yangxu(脾肾阳虚)and Mailuo Yuzu(脉络瘀阻).At this stage,Jianpi Lishi(健脾利湿)and Huoxue Huayu(活血化瘀)are the basic rule.
