摘要
目前失眠问题广泛困扰着围绝经期妇女,其高发率已经严重影响了患者的身心健康及正常生活。现代医学治疗失眠常使用镇静催眠、抗抑郁类药物,不良反应大,不易被患者接受。笔者采用中医针刺疗法结合中药治疗围绝经期妇女失眠,疗效显著。
The problem of insomnia is currently plagued on perimenopausal women,and its high incidence has seriously affected the physical and mental health and normal life of patients.The sedative hypnotic and antidepressant drugs what often treated insomnia,shows large toxic and side effects,with not easily accepted by patients.The acupuncture with TCM medicine on insomnia in perimenopausal women shows a significant effect.
