艾灸治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折腹胀便秘的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating abdominal distension and constipation from vertebral compression fractures by moxa-moxibustion

目的:观察分析在胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者腹胀便秘情况下运用艾灸治疗的效果。方法:选取我院收治的胸腰椎压缩性骨折后出现腹胀便秘的患者104例,将其作为本次研究对象,随机分为试验组52例与对照组52例,两组均予以常规治疗和护理,试验组在此基础上增加艾灸治疗。结果:试验组的便秘症状评分显著低于对照组,临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在胸腰椎压缩性骨折腹胀便秘患者临床中运用艾灸治疗,能够缩短患者的首次排便时间,增加患者排便次数,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of moxa-moxibustion on abdominal distension and constipation from vertebral compression fractures.Methods:104 patients were randomly divided into two groups,52 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment and nursing,and the experimental group was given moxa-moxibustion more.Results:The systosi symptom score was significantly lower than that the control group,and the total efficiency of clinical treatment was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxa-moxibustion on abdominal distension and constipation from vertebral compression fractures was effective,can shorten the patient’s first defecation time,increase the number of defecation severations,and have high clinical application value.
