空气制动柜因为其装载车型的不同,导致对其功能及结构的需求存在差异,每研发一种车型都需要重新设计空气制动柜或部件装配。将不同制动系统原理中相同功能的部件及组件进行模块化,安装在制动柜中,同时在制动柜中对各车型差异性功能的需求留有预留安装位置。在新车型研发时即可直接使用简统化制动柜,缩短新产品设计及制造周期。

Air brake cabinet has different requirements for its functions and structure due to the different types of vehicles,so it is necessary to redesign the air brake cabinet or component assembly for each type of vehicle developed.The parts and components with the same function in the principle of different braking systems are modularized and installed in the brake cabinet.At the same time,the preinstallation positions in the brake cabinet are reserved for the function requirements of different models.The simplified brake cabinet can be directly used in the research and development of new models to shorten the design and manufacturing cycle of new products.
