摘要
现代有轨电车项目作为一种准公共产品,其项目自身的财务效益普遍表现不佳。为保证有轨电车的财务可持续性,降低有轨电车财务效益的不确定性,文章对影响有轨电车项目财务评价的重要因素进行敏感性分析,分析项目财务效益与相关因子的敏感程度,通过敏感性分析使决策者了解敏感因素可能出现的变动以及对财务效益的影响程度,以便采取有效控制措施,减少或避免不利因素的影响。
As a quasi public product,the financial efficiency of modern tram project is generally poor.In order to ensure the financial sustainability of the tram and reduce the uncertainty of the financial benefits of the tram,this paper analyzes the sensitivity of the important factors affecting the financial evaluation of the tram project,and analyzes the sensitivity of the project financial benefits and related factors.Make the decision-maker fully understand the possible changes of project related factors and their influence degree,so as to take ef fective control measures to reduce or avoid the influence of adv erse factors.
