摘要
光固化陶瓷浆料的高固相含量和低粘度是制备复杂、致密、高精度陶瓷的关键因素。通过对陶瓷浆料中的预混液、分散剂、粉末粒度、烧结助剂等因素对光固化Si3N4陶瓷浆料流变性能影响的研究发现,用800 nmSi3N4时,预混液分别采用EA和HDDA时,分散剂Darvan-c含量为1 wt.%时,引发剂用2 wt.%的819时,可制备出高固相、低粘度的光固化浆料。通过添加烧结助剂,可以进一步地降低浆料的粘度。
The high solid phase content and low viscosity of photocured ceramic slurry are the key factors for preparing complicated, compact and high-precision ceramics. The effects of pre-mixed solution, dispersant, powder size and sintering additive in ceramic slurry on the rheological property of photocuredSi3N4 ceramic slurry were investigated, and it was found that the stereolithigraphy slurry with high solid phase content and low viscosity could be prepared under the following conditions: 800 nmSi3N4, pre-mixed solution EA and HDDA, content of dispersantDarvan-c1 wt.%, initiating agent 819, content 2 wt.%. The slurry viscosity could be further reduced through adding the sintering additive.
