摘要
开发制备了Ф25×24-方孔-600目的蜂窝陶瓷基劣质油加氢保护剂,实验测试了样品的强度、阻力等性能指标,预测了最短撇头周期。结果表明:蜂窝陶瓷基劣质油加氢保护剂的抗压强度≥8.0 MPa;25℃、8 m/s空气流速下,装填长度1200 mm的压力降仅为1930 Pa;最短撇头周期预计为64个月。
The Hydrogenation guard Catalyst for poor quality fuel oil on Ф25×24 and square hole-600 mesh Honeycomb Ceramic was developed and prepared. The minimum replacement cycle was predicted. The strength and resistance of the samples were tested. The Experiments show that the press strength is greater than or equal to 8.0 MPa;When the temperature is 25℃ and the air flow rate is 8 m/s, the pressure drop of 1200 mm loading length is only 1930 Pa and the minimum replacement cycle is expected 64 months.
