On Competency Model of College Student Leaders Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

在已有研究的基础上确定了影响高校学生干部胜任力的因素,包括3个一级指标,6个二级指标,16个三级指标。首先,通过专家评估,确定了一级指标、二级指标和三级指标的权重;其次,在定性分析的基础上,邀请了16位专家对某学生干部进行了评估,得到了评价矩阵;最后,采取模糊综合评价法,对三级评价矩阵和三级指标权重进行分析,得到二级评价矩阵,采取同样的方法,最后得到一级评价矩阵。通过分析,该学生干部最后的得分是86.456分,评估结果符合该学生干部的实际情况。该方法有助于高校学生干部的选拔。

There are many studies on the competence of college student leaders, but most of them work from a qualitative perspective. Based on the previous research, the paper determines the factors that influence the competence of college student leaders, including three primary indicators, six secondary indicators and 16 tertiary indicators. Firstly, through the expert assessment, the weight of the primary indicator, the weight of the secondary indicator and the weight of the tertiary indicator were determined. Secondly, on the basis of qualitative analysis, 16 experts were invited to evaluate a student leader and get an evaluation matrix. thirdly, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to analyze the weight of the three-level evaluation matrix and the three-level index. The two-level evaluation matrix is obtained, and the same method is adopted. Finally, the first-level evaluation matrix is obtained. Through the analysis, the final score of the student leaders was 86.456 points. The results of the evaluation are in line with the actual situation of the student leaders, which does help in the selection of college student leaders.
