穴位埋针联合穴位按压治疗肿瘤脾胃阳虚型呃逆的效果观察

Effect of needle-embedding combined with acupoint-pressing therapy in the treatment of hiccup of spleen-stomach Yang deficiency syndrome among cancer patients

目的探讨穴位埋针联合穴位按压治疗肿瘤患者脾胃阳虚型呃逆的效果。方法肿瘤伴发脾胃阳虚型呃逆患者60例按随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予胃复安20 mg足三里穴位注射,观察组实施穴位埋针联合穴位按压。评价2组治疗效果。结果观察组干预效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋针联合穴位按压能有效缓解肿瘤患者脾胃阳虚型呃逆症状。

Objective To investigate the effect of needle-embedding combined with acupoint-pressing therapy in the treatment of hiccup of spleen-stomach Yang deficiency syndrome among cancer patients.Methods Totally 60 cancer patients with hiccup of spleen-stomach Yang deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received acupoint injection of metoclopramide,while the control group received needle-embedding combined with acupoint-pressing therapy.The treatment efficacy and recurrence of the hiccups at 1 week after intervention were observed and compared between two groups.Results The total response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The needle-embedding combined with acupoint-pressing therapy is effective in the treatment of hiccup of spleen-stomach Yang deficiency syndrome among cancer patients.
