摘要
目的调查医院护士心理状态,分析相关因素,以期为护理管理者提供依据。方法采用一般资料问卷、中文版心理韧性量表、总体幸福感量表和职业倦怠量表对某三甲医院1193名护士进行调查。结果1193名护士心理韧性总均分为(57.42±15.77)分、总体幸福感总均分为(73.12±12.03)分、职业倦怠感总均分为(35.03±15.17)分。护龄、职称、职务、学历、睡眠质量(睡眠时间和是否使用睡眠辅助药物)、离职意愿,奖金透明度、进修次数、夜班频次是影响护理人员心理状态的主要因素。结论护理管理者应关注护士心理健康,重视提高薪酬待遇、增加学习机会,提供适当支持满足护龄较短护士心理需要,提高护士人员整体心理水平。
Objective To investigate the psychological status of nurses,including psychological resilience,job burnout and general well-being,and analyze its related factors.Methods A total of 1193 nurses from a certain grade A hospital were investigated with the a self-made general data questionnaire,Chinese version of Connor-Davidson Resilience scale(CD-RISC),Maslach Burnout Inventor(MBI)and General Well-being Scale(GWB).Results The overall average score of 1193 nurses in CD-RISC was(57.42±15.77),the overall average score of MBI was(35.03±15.17),and the overall average score of GWB was(73.12±12.03).Research showed that many factors could affect psychological status of nurses,including working age,professional qualification,job tile,education level,sleep quality(duration of sleep and administration of sleep medication),turnover intention,transparency?mechanism for bonus,times of further education,frequency of night-shift.Conclusion Nursing managers should pay more attention on psychological status of nurses and carry countermeasures,such as improving salary,increasing opportunities for further study,providing appropriate support to meet the psychological need of junior nurses,and improving general psychological level of nurses.
