运用家庭管理干预提高癫痫患儿服用常用抗癫痫药物的依从性

Using family-based interventions to improve the compliance with antiepileptic drugs among children with epilepsy

目的探讨长期服用抗癫痫药的患儿的家庭管理方法。方法选取2017年1月—2018年5月儿科门诊收治的75例癫痫患儿,采取自行设计的问卷调查表调查75例癫痫患儿出院后1个月内家庭用药的情况,针对原因进行归纳、分析,采取家庭管理干预措施,观察实施家庭管理干预3个月后患儿用药情况。结果采取家庭管理预措施3个月后,患儿服药时间不准5(6.67%)例、剂量不准2(2.67%)例、漏服药2(2.67%)例、私自减量1(1.33%)例、出现不良反应4(5.33%)例,较出院1个月后的调查结果有明显改善。结论做好长期服用抗癫痫药患儿的家庭管理,有助于提高患儿服药依从性,提高抗癫痫药物治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the family-based interventions to improve the compliance with antiepileptic drugs among children with epilepsy.Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the antiepileptic drug administration at home among 75 children with epilepsy at 1 month after discharge from hospital.The potential factors influencing the drug administration were analyzed,and family-based interventions were carried out.The condition of antiepileptic drug administration at home was evaluated 3 months after interventions.Results There were 5(6.67%)cases of incorrect time of drug administration,2(2.67%)cases of incorrect dose of drug,2(2.67%)cases with missed dose of drug,1(1.33%)case reducing dose of drug without permission and 4(5.33%)with drug adverse reactions,indicating a better condition of antiepileptic drug administration at home.Conclusion The long-term family-based interventions should be carried out to improve the compliance with antiepileptic drugs among children with epilepsy.
