摘要
依据北京曹妃甸保税区教职城一期项目劲性混凝土结构施工的实例,说明型钢柱焊接收缩变形的问题可通过软件模拟分析得以解决,模拟计算焊接时收缩变形值和需要协调的压缩量,型钢柱与钢筋的处理可通过节点的优化来实现。型钢柱施工过程合理的工艺改进能够节约工期,总结出施工质量控制要点,取得了较快的施工进度和良好的经济效益和社会效益,对于类似工程的施工具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
According to the example of the construction of the stiff concrete structure of the first phase project of Caofeidian Free Trade Zone in Beijing,the problem of welding shrinkage deformation of section steel columns can be solved by software simulation analysis.The value of shrinkage deformation and the amount of compression needed to be coordinated during welding can be simulated and calculated.The treatment of section steel columns and reinforcing bars can be realized by optimizing the joints.The reasonable process improvement of section steel column construction can save construction time,summarize the key points of construction quality control,and achieve faster construction progress and good economic and social benefits.It has a certain reference and guiding significance for the follow-up construction of similar projects.
