既有通水环境下顶管对接施工关键技术研究

Research on Key Technology of Pipe Jacking and Butt Joint Construction under Existing Water Environment

在新一轮水利系统改造中,通常面临新建管网工程和既有运营通水管网正常运行的新老管网接口。在既有管网正常通水运营环境下连接是工程的难点。结合汉阳排水系统二期工程-HY1.2标Φ3000顶管工程管井对接工程,创新性地采用了外置钢套筒对接连接工艺,并总结了其主要施工要点,为今后类似工程提供借鉴。

In the new round of water conservancy system transformation,it is usually faced with the new pipe network project and the new and old pipe network interface of the normal operation of the existing operation water supply pipe network.It is difficult to connect the existing pipe network in the normal water operation environment.In this paper,combined with the second phase of Hanyang drainage system-HY1.2 standardΦ3000 pipe jacking project,innovative use of external steel sleeve butt joint technology,and summarizes the main construction points.It provides reference for similar projects in the future.
