无预应力箱梁混凝土单掺矿粉配合比技术应用

摘要 随着科学技术的飞速发展,公路工程以及市政工程中预应力现浇箱梁的应用也越来越成熟,逐渐成为最有竞争力的桥梁形式之一。现浇箱梁设计时由于受到客观环境的影响,需辅以无预应力现浇箱梁方可满足桥梁设计需要,而大量理论和调研证明:无预应力混凝土现浇连续箱梁容易出现裂缝,对结构的耐久性存在不利影响。通过单掺矿粉配合比施工技术的研究与应用,证明其可以提高混凝土的和易性,延缓热峰出现,提高混凝土的密实性,减少因温度应力而产生的混凝土裂缝,对以后此类箱梁施工提供参考。 With the rapid development of science and technology,the application of pre-stressed tank beams in highway engineering and municipal engineering is becoming more and more mature,and gradually become one of the most competitive forms of bridge.Because of the impact of the objective environment in the design of the current tank beam,it is necessary to be supplemented by the non-pre-stressed current pouring box beam side to meet the needs of bridge design,and a large number of theories and research proves that:no prestressed pouring continuous box beam is prone to cracks,the durability of the structure has adverse effects.Through the research and application of the construction technology of single-mixed powder,it is proved that it can improve the efficiency and ease of concrete,delay the appearance of hot peak,improve the compactness of concrete,reduce the concrete cracks caused by temperature stress,and provide suggestions and directions for the construction of such box beams in the future.
