水工混凝土墩墙温度裂缝成因分析及处理措施 被引量:2

摘要 闸站工程多采用钢筋混凝土材料进行建设,容易出现裂缝问题,不但影响工程耐久性,更对后期投入运行产生影响,严重还会危及工程安全,带来安全隐患。对在建水利工程中混凝土墩墙温度裂缝的产生原因及处理措施进行研究,指出温度裂缝虽然对结构安全一般无影响,但裂缝可能使其内部钢筋产生锈蚀,直接影响到工程的耐久性。重点讨论因为工序问题导致的变形差而产生的裂缝,深刻认识理解该类裂缝的成因,对创新后续工程的裂缝防控措施,提高水利工程质量,指导水利工程施工意义重大。 The sluice and pumping station projects are mostly constructed with reinforced concrete materials,which is prone to cracks;it is not only affects the durability of the project,but also affects the operation of the later stage,and it will seriously endanger the safety of the project and bring safety hazards.The causes and treatment measures of temperature cracks in concrete pier walls of water conservancy projects in construction are studied,it is pointed out that although temperature cracks generally have no effect on structural safety,and cracks may cause corrosion of internal steel bars,which directly affects the durability of the project.Focusing on the cracks caused by the different deformation because of the process problems,it is of great significance to understand the causes of such cracks,to prevent and control the cracks in the follow-up projects,to improve the quality of water conservancy projects,and to guide the construction of water conservancy projects.
