芎归胶艾汤加减联合黄体酮胶囊治疗早期先兆流产80例

Eighty Cases of Early Threatened Abortion Treated with Modified Decoction of Colla Corii Asini and Folium Artemisiae Argyi Combined with Progesterone Capsule

目的:观察芎归胶艾汤加减联合黄体酮治疗早期先兆流产的临床疗效。方法:将160例早期先兆流产患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各80例。对照组口服黄体酮胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上服用芎归胶艾汤加减治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分变化情况,化学发光分析法测定两组患者治疗前后孕酮(progesterone,P)及β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadotropin,HCG)水平。结果:两组患者治疗后各项中医证候积分低于本组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后P、β-HCG水平高于本组治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有效率为97.50%,对照组有效率为81.25%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芎归胶艾汤加减联合黄体酮治疗早期先兆流产疗效确切,可改善患者的临床症状及P、β-HCG水平,降低流产风险。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified Decoction of Colla Corii Asini and Folium Artemisiae Argyi combined with Progesterone Capsule on early threatened abortion.Methods:A total of 160 patients with early threatened abortion were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Progesterone Capsule,while the observation group was additionally treated with Modified Decoction of Colla Corii Asini and Folium Artemisiae Argyi on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects and the changes of TCM syndrome scores before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.The progesterone(P)andβ-human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)levels before and after the treatment were measured by chemiluminescence analysis.Results:After the treatment,the score of TCM syndromes in each of the two groups was lower than that of the same group before treatment;the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference between them was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of P andβ-HCG in each of the two groups after treatment were higher than those of the same group before treatment;the observation group was lower than the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 97.50%in the observation group and 81.25%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Decoction of Colla Corii Asini and Folium Artemisiae Argyi combined with Progesterone Capsule has a remarkable efficacy on early threatened abortion,can improve the clinical symptoms and the levels of P,andβ-HCG,and reduce the risk of abortion.
