白金甘胃方加减对胃食道反流病患者中医症状积分及食管下段压力变化的影响

The Influence of Modified Bai Jing Gan Wei Fang on TCM Symptom Score and Lower Esophageal Pressure Change in Patients with Gastroesophageal Reflux disease

目的:观察白金甘胃方加减对胃食道反流病患者中医症状积分及食管下段压力变化的影响。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年3月郑州市第一人民医院消化科、中医科门诊治疗的胃食道反流病患者80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例,有部分病例脱落,治疗组38例和对照组33例。对照组给予泮托拉唑肠溶片、莫沙必利治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予白金甘胃方加减治疗。结果:两组比较,治疗组治疗后RDQ总分及各单项评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后LES静息压高于对照组,胃镜评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组中医证候疗效比较,对照组有效率为78.78%,治疗组有效率为86.84%,治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组胃镜下炎症疗效比较,治疗组有效率为84.21%,对照组有效率为77.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白金甘胃方加减能改善胃食管反流病患者临床症状,改善食管下段压力。

Objective:To observe the influence of Modified Bai Jing Gan Wei Fang(白金甘胃方,MBJGWF)on TCM symptom score and lower esophageal pressure Change in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods:A total of 80 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease treated in Outpatient Department of Gastroenterology and that of TCM of Zhengzhou First People's Hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 40 cases in each group,with some cases falling off,at last 38 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with Pantoprazole Enteric-Coated Tablets and Mosapride,while the treatment group was treated with MBJGWF on the basis of the control group.Results:After the treatment,the total score of RDQ and each individual score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The resting pressure of LES in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the gastroscope score was lower than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).As far as the curative effect of TCM syndromes is concerned,the effective rate was 78.78% in the control group and 86.84% in the treatment group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the effect of gastroscopy on inflammation,the effective rate was 84.21% in the treatment group and 77.42% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MBJGWF can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease,and enhance the lower esophageal pressure.
