健心汤联合左西孟旦注射液治疗急性心力衰竭39例

Jianxin Decoction Combined with Levosimendan Injection in the Treatment of 39 Patients with Acute Heart Failure

目的:观察健心汤联合左西孟旦注射液治疗急性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将78例急性心力衰竭患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各39例。对照组给予左西孟旦注射液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合健心汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后脑钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)、左心室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-C reactive protein,hs-CRP)、内皮素-1(Endothelin-1,ET-1)和一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)水平。结果:对照组有效率为64.1%,观察组有效率为92.3%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后LVEF、ET-1水平高于治疗前,且观察组治疗后高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后BNP、NO、TNF-α、IL-6、Hs-CRP均低于治疗前,且观察组治疗后低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健心汤联合左西孟旦注射液治疗急性心力衰竭疗效确切,可改善患者心功能状态及血管内皮细胞功能,降低机体炎性因子水平。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jianxin Decoction(健心汤,JXD)combined with levosimendan injection in the treatment of acute heart failure.Method:78 patients with acute heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levosimendan injection,and the observation group was treated with Jianxin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),hs-C reactive protein(hs-CRP),Endothelin-1(ET-1)and nitric oxide(NO)levels were compared before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate was 64.1%in the control group and 92.3%in the observation group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of LVEF and ET-1 in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).BNP,NO,TNF-α,IL-6,hs-CRP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianxin Decoction combined with levosimendan injection is effective in the treatment of acute heart failure.It can improve the state of heart function and the function of vascular endothelial cells,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
